Trump: The Anti-Global Warming President

President Trump recently took steps to dismantle the environmental regulations that contain and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Among the steps he has taken are the following:

  1. Trump’s order instructs the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to rewrite former President Barack Obama’s Clean Power Plan (CPP), which would have limited the emissions of coal-powered power plants.
  2. Lifts the moratorium on federal coal leasing, repeals limits on methane emissions from fracking, and directs the agency to reconsider the Social Cost of Carbon and the National Environmental Policy Act guidance on greenhouse gas emissions.

The party of big business, the Republican Party, has always resisted governmental attempts to regulate carbon producing industries. You may recall Trump’s newly appointed Director of the EPA, Scott Pruitt, sued the EPA 13 times on behalf of Oklahoma’s fossil fuel industries while attorney general. In fact, during his campaign for president, Trump repeatedly called for an abolition of the EPA stating the environment would be just fine without it.

The Republican Party does not adhere to the findings of most climate scientists and even in light of an alarming melting rate at the North and South Poles, they do not agree this has anything to do with anthropogenic climate change (climate change due to human activity).

The bottom line? Environmental regulations reduce profits.

Earth’s life sustaining systems in danger

One has to wonder whether the large corporations and governments of the world are so blind to the impacts of their unbridled extraction of the earth’s resources and the pollution they produce, that they cannot see how much damage they are doing to the earth’s life sustaining systems, not the least of which is the delicate balance between the production of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the earth’s atmosphere.

Blue light is scattered more than other wavelengths by the gases in the atmosphere, giving Earth a blue halo when seen from space onboard ISS at a height of 402–424 km.

The air that we breathe has a composition of 21% oxygen, 78% hydrogen, 0.93 argon, 0.039% carbon dioxide and other gases. The atmosphere of Earth is a layer of gases surrounding the planet Earth that is retained by Earth’s gravity. The atmosphere protects life on Earth by absorbing ultraviolet solar radiation, warming the surface through heat retention (greenhouse effect), and reducing temperature extremes between day and night (the diurnal temperature variation). Changes in our atmosphere can determine if we experience global warming or enter another ice age.

Red Tide blooms kill fish, remove oxygen from surrounding areas and is a worldwide phenomena

We have been taught since childhood, that plants absorb carbon dioxide and produce oxygen (photosynthesis) which are essential for sustaining life yet there are government projects, the majority of them defense-oriented, and countless industrial processes which are killing our natural vegetation (logging, urban development, ozone depletion) and algae, (oil spills, nuclear radiation), a major source of oxygen from our oceans, while at the same time these processes and others are the cause of carbon emissions into the atmosphere.

There is considerable controversy about the probabilities of losing so much of our oxygen content that breathing air becomes a problem.  Some claim that oxygen has so many “re-routes” we are not likely to lose it for billions of years, if at all.  Others claim we have maybe 50 years of less before it starts to affect human life.  I for one can only say, that mankind has a history of playing with fire and underestimating the dangers of modifying Mother Nature.

Fracking site in Pennsyvania

Yet with all the evidence that is produced by legitimate scientific inquiry, there seems to no abatement or serious consideration given to halting some industrial processes (a good example being Fracking) or taking precautionary measures to minimize the damage done by other industrial practices. It’s as if other forces are at play here. Is the planet being intentionally reengineered for some other purpose than to serve as a habitat for man? One has to wonder.

Aircraft spraying chemicals

You have undoubtedly heard about the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program or HAARP. The official statement is that HAARP is an ionospheric research program jointly funded by the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Navy, the University of Alaska, and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) designed and built by BAE Advanced Technologies (BAEAT). Its purpose is to analyze the ionosphere and investigate the potential for developing ionospheric enhancement technology for radio communications and surveillance. However, a growing number of critics, some conspiracy theorists and others with expertise in atmospheric conditions, are claiming that HAARP is doing much more than that.

They claim it is capable of modifying weather, disabling satellites and exerting mind control over people via high frequency waves that affect certain portions of the brain. HAARP is also at the center of the Chemtrail controversy. Chemtrails is the term used for the constant spraying of nano aluminum particles, barium and other chemicals in the atmosphere by jets that can be seen daily across the United States and many parts of the world. There is no official explanation as to what is being sprayed or why, but former Air Force personnel, now whistle blowers, are saying that these substances are toxic to all forms of life. (Search “Chemtrails) on my blog for other articles on the subject.)

February 25, 2014: Authorities in Maryland are investigating the deaths of about 2 million fish in Chesapeake Bay. deaa“Natural causes appear to be the reason,” the Maryland Department of the Environment said in a news release. “Cold water stress exacerbated by a large population of the affected species (juvenile spot fish) appears to be the cause of the kill.” Am I the only one who is keeping creeped out with all the recent deaths of the birds and fish??

Although one cannot make the connection between the unusual dying of thousands of birds and animals to the Air Force’s aerial spraying it does not seem to be coincidental.

Among the most unusual mass deaths of animals are  blackbirds, honey bees, pilot whales, frogs, pelicans, livestock and turtles.

So why in the light of mounting scientific evidence not to mention growing concern by ordinary citizens as to why we are experiencing so many anomolies is so many areas, do we continue to damage the biological, geological and meteorlogical systems of our world?

The answer is easy and somewhat obvious. Corporate influence in Congress, and the Executive and Judicial branches of government is creating a culture of corruption and greed that has replaced a culture upon which our nation was originally founded, a government of, by and for the people. You need only consider the Supreme Court’s 2010 decision in Citizen’s United v. Federal Election Commission that gave corporations status as “persons” permitting large corporations to give financial support to candidates supportive of corporate concerns, mainly profits.

There is really no democratic government left in the United States. It has become a government of, by and for the corporation.
