A recent article (5/26/17) in the popular Washington political journal, The Hill, talks about the latest warnings coming from Trump’s Department of Homeland Security via an interview with Homeland Security Secretary, retired General John Kelly on Fox News.
Essentially, Kelly is telling the American public that the threat of a terrorist attack is so great, people should stay home and cower in fear, letting the “professionals” do their jobs. George Orwell accurately predicted this scenario in his book, “1984.” According to Orwell, in this society surveillance was 24/7, with video cameras on every corner. There were helicopters in the skies peeking into your private rooms and even a “thought patrol” that sought to find and punish “citizens” that criticized “Big Brother.” People were encouraged to snitch on friends, neighbors and even other family members.
In a related article published by the Activist Post, journalist Kurt Nimmo makes the following observations.
Kelly said terrorism is “everywhere. It’s constant. It’s nonstop. The good news for us in America is we have amazing people protecting us every day. But it can happen here almost any time.”
Here’s what (DHS Director) Kelly didn’t tell you: the number of Americans who died worldwide in terrorist attacks in 2015 was eight (increasing in 2016) while the minimum number who died after being struck by lightning was 29.
In 2009, nearly half a million Americans died from heart disease, while cancer killed 575,339, and chronic respiratory disease claimed 143,382 lives, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control.
“The chances of being killed in a terrorist attack are about 1 in 20 million. A person is as likely to be killed by his or her own furniture, and more likely to die in a car accident, drown in a bathtub, or in a building fire than from a terrorist attack,” notes this life insurance website.
Maybe Kelly should warn Americans about the danger of driving cars or the hazard posed by sofas, but that wouldn’t feed into the terror narrative which is primarily a scare tactic to get Americans to support bombing foreign lands, which in turn creates terrorists like Salman Abedi, who killed people because he was upset about Syrian and Libyan Muslims slaughtered by the Trump and his rehashed coalition of the willing.
Editor Comments (JS): The growth of the surveillance culture in the U.S. and world began in earnest after 9/11. The attack on the Twin Towers has been proven to be the work of several U.S. allies in the Middle East, Saudi Arabia being the most prominent (they provided the funding and the U.S provided the training to the Arab nationals). Now, this is not my opinion but the findings of an independent Congressional investigation that was consducted almost immediately after 9/11 but the complete unredacted (no missing parts) report was classified by President George W. Bush, a close personal friend of the Saudi royal family and that report stayed in that secret status throughout the Obama Administration. It was only through the efforts of a handful of brave congressmen who finally were able to show that Saudi Arabia, the same Saudi Arabia that Trump catered to by selling some $115 billion in arms sales. So you see dear reader, Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11 yet we continue to pound the cities and villages of Iraq and Afghanistan and for what? Believe me, it has nothing to do with the fight on terror but everything to do with the consolidation of power in the hands of the few.
The fight on terror is a manufactured conflict to keep America in a perpetual state of war and thus the Pentagon and its contractors always producing armaments at inflated prices.
In my personal opinion, the Bushes, a globalist family, in cooperation with Saudi Arabia and Israel planned and executed 9/11. There is ample evidence that 9/11 was an inside job. GW’s younger brother, Marvin Bush, was a key player in providing security for the Twin Towers or rather the lack of it. The Mosad, the Israeli secret service was known to have been vicinity of the Towers as they came down and witnesses claim to have seen them dancing and cheering as the towers crumbled.
The war on terror is a globalist agenda to create a one-world government, a one-world religion and to suppress dissenting opinion. They can only accomplish that by scaring you so much you will accept martial law and control.
Here is an excerpt from the original article which appeared in the journal, The Hill:
Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly on Friday said the terror threat is worse than most realize, saying some people would “never leave the house” if they knew the truth.
“I was telling [Fox host] Steve [Doocy] on the way in here, if he knew what I knew about terrorism, he’d never leave the house in the morning,” Kelly said on “Fox & Friends.”
He noted there were four major terror attacks in the last week — in England, Egypt, the Philippines and Indonesia — “by generally the same groups.”
“It’s everywhere. It’s constant. It’s nonstop. The good news for us in America is we have amazing people protecting us every day. But it can happen here almost anytime.”Masked gunmen opened fire on a group of Coptic Christians driving to a monastery in southern Egypt on Friday, killing 26 and injuring 25 more.
Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi reportedly called an emergency meeting after the attack in Minya Province.
The Islamic State in Iraq and Syria claimed responsibility for a Monday bombing after an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester, England, that killed 22 and injured more than 100.
Concluding Comments: Rather than giving up our personal freedoms and living in fear we should arm ourselves, acquire concealed weapons permits; and I guarantee crime and terrorism in America would stop overnight. No robber or jihadist would dare attempt to fight a group of angry Americans.
